Iced Café Mocha

  • Pull a longer espresso (approximately 60ml) straight onto the chocolate syrup and mix well - similar to the Mocha recipe.
  • Add mixed espresso to blender + cold milk (180ml) + ice (80ml) + 20ml more of chocolate syrup.
  • Blend in similar way as a frappe.
  • Layer serve ware sides with chocolate syrup before pouring beverage and serving.
