  • Pull a longer espresso (approximately 60ml)
  • Add cold milk (180ml) + ice (80ml) + 1 big scoop of vanilla ice cream to blender.
  • Add espresso and blend – start at slow speed for 5 seconds – move to medium and then fast and back to medium speed (5 sec each) and stop.
  • Add to serve ware and serve.
