SHIPPING POLICY
General Information.
When you place your order at our website www.orizoindia.com, you are bound by the following terms of delivery and shipping as under. You are requested to read them before placing an order.
Delivery Location and Partners.
All products are shipped through our local shipping partners and shipped all over India.
Delivery charge.
We shall incur relatively higher shipping costs on low value items. In such cases, charging a nominal delivery charge helps us to offset logistics costs. The delivery charge may be waived off in some products or if you shop with us for a minimum predefined value of Rs. 500.
What you see is what you pay.
At www.orizoindia.com you do not have to pay any Octroi, Duties, Sales or Service Tax, etc. The price at which you checkout is the price that is due from you.
Delivery Time.
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed, Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Our Delivery partners usually take 7-10 working days to deliver orders within India and about 15-20 working days for orders shipped elsewhere. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. In case of any exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order within 3 working days of the date of your order. Working days include Monday to Friday except holidays.
Tracking of your Order
We believe that everyone is keen to receive their goods as soon as they have ordered. So, to keep your anticipation in control, we allow tracking of your order through our online portal. All you must do is keep your order number ready.

After a delivery is accepted without any information regarding the discrepancy to the customer care whatsoever, no returns shall be accepted on that stage.
Cancellation
Any/ all orders can be cancelled by either www.orizoindia.com or the customer at any time before the products are shipped. For any cancellation the following rules apply:
Cancellation by www.orizoindia.com:
The website may cancel the order with intimation to the customer in case of unavailability of the ordered product or if the customer approves and selects, the website may have an alternate product delivered.
Cancellation by customer:
Any order can be cancelled by the customer within 24 hours of successful order placement i.e. only before the product is prepared for dispatch.
Return /Refund
In case you wish to return an order initially ordered by you for a reason better known to you, you may contact the sales department within 24 hours of the purchase.
All returns in such cases shall be on sole discretion of www.orizoindia.com and all decisions taken by www.orizoindia.com will be final and binding on the customer.
However, in case the order was not in a condition it was supposed to be and the same was accepted by the customer, the decision of www.orizoindia.com shall be final and binding.
On Acceptance of returns
The following process is followed once a return is accepted:
- www.orizoindia.com will arrange for the product pickup via its logistics partner.
- Alternatively, if a pickup from your location is not viable, you shall be asked to dispatch the products to our warehouse. All return charges shall be refunded in a manner suitable to www.orizoindia.com.
- Products returned, must be in their original packaging including all labels, etc. It is advised that the packaging should be such that the products are not damaged during transit as it can hamper the refunds.
- On receipt of the returns, www.orizoindia.com customer support team will inspect the products and take a decision, which shall be informed, to the buyer at the earliest.
Refund
In case of an order cancellation, the full amount shall be reversed to the original mode of payment within 8-12 working days.
Exchange
www.orizoindia.com exchanges goods only if they are defective or damaged.
www.orizoindia.com allows exchange of a product/s for another product/s. However, the following conditions need to be taken care of:
- Value of new product/s should be greater than or equal to the product that is being exchanged, the difference in the amount if any needs to be cleared for the delivery.
- Value of new product if lesser than the value of the product being exchanged, the difference in amount shall be refunded in 10 – 12 days.
